We will gather all your pertinent information, explain our fees and job minimums and find out the type of projects you are interested in having Homestead Gardens design and install for you. We will also let you know what information you should gather prior to meeting with your designer.
Your designer will meet with you at your home for a detailed discussion of your needs, preferences, and the scope and extent of your project. At this time a thorough analysis of current site conditions will be performed by the designer including existing landscaping, exposure, drainage, topography and more. A budget for the project and timetable for installation will also be discussed. At the conclusion of the site visit the design fee will be established and a contract will be written.
Once a design contract has been accepted, your designer will put “pencil to paper” to create a custom design for your property based on your input, lifestyle, site conditions and budget. Along with the design a detailed proposal to implement the design will be generated allowing you to see the cost to bring the design to life. A presentation will be set up to go over the design and proposal and to answer any of your questions. With a signed contract for installation, a copy of the design will be provided to you.
When the proposal is signed and a deposit received we will schedule your installation. Our crews of highly skilled and experienced employees will implement your design in an efficient and professional manor. Your designer will be in close contact with the installation crew throughout the installation to facilitate the process.
Upon completion of your landscape installation your designer will set up a time to walk thru the job to be sure everything was done to your satisfaction. We will also at this time provide care instructions to get you off to a good start.
